Ophelia Ogelvy is a minor villain in the episode Fu Takes a Walk.

History

She is a dogcatcher who is, ironically, allergic to dogs. While Fu Dog was on his way to the baseball game, Ogelvy caught him. She brought him to a factory where she captured other dogs to destroy all breed of dogs. She wanted to do this to create a remedy to get rid of allergies. But she was stopped by Jake and Gramps.
